The complex method of balancing stakeholder interests was proposed. The formalized representation of the relationship between stakeholder interests and project objectives in the form of matrix models was formed. The proposed method establishes a clear algorithm for action to achieve the desired result. The development of interaction models will allow formalizing and structurally presenting the main components of the project's work with stakeholders. In the future, this work will allow continuing scientific research in the direction of development of models and methods of research of communications and risks of the project.
